What are you passionate about? What do you love doing in your spare time?

Whether it’s dancing, cooking, running or reading you can do it to support City and Hackney Mind…

We want you to have the best possible experience when you are fundraising for us, so do something you love and we will support you all of the way!

Here are some ideas to get you going:

  • Cooking - cake sales and tea parties are a great way to raise funds. If you don’t have a sweet tooth, you could hold your own restaurant night - invite friends round for dinner, charge them £10 a head and have a great evening…
  • Music – if tunes are your thing you could set up a concert in your local community, or even hold a battle of the bands, charging a fee to entrants and spectators…
  • Sports – you can keep fit and raise funds! From doing sponsored swims to holding darts tournaments you can get involved. If you have your own place in a sporting event, like a marathon or a cycle ride you can raise sponsorship for City and Hackney Mind, see our Sporting and Challenge events page for more info…
  • Skills - Do you have a skill or trade that can make money? If you are great at DIY, or can offer the best manicure around – why not offer your services in return for a donation to City and Hackney Mind…
  • Groups / Teams – If you are in a reading group, a dance troupe or a football team why not get together to help? By clubbing together to raise funds you could make a massive difference! You may also be interested in our team activities, which you will find on our Adventure Sports page
  • There are so many ways you can get involved – what are you waiting for?

For more information and ideas email krishna.maharaj@cityandhackneymind.org.uk or call Rachel on 020 8525 2340 and receive your very own FREE fundraising pack!

    Thank you for your support!
