City and Hackney Mind is both the leading provider of voluntary sector mental health services in the City and Hackney, and one of the largest Local Mind Associations. We are a registered charity and welcome voluntary donations to enable us to deliver our services.
We provide a holistic range of services. We support our users with whatever mental health challenges they face. Our services aim to support people who walk through our doors to emerge empowered and enabled to function more effectively within the larger society.
City & Hackney Mind are currently finalising our submission for our Quality Management in Mind review: the quality assurance programme which ensures that services provided by Local Mind Associations are of consistently high standards. We are committed to providing a high quality service at all levels, and to the maintenance and regular review of our policies and procedures. In order to help us deliver the highest quality to our customers, we value feedback and suggestions from all users of mental health services, in addition to those provided directly by City & Hackney Mind.
